We Run on EOS: Introducing Rhea’s Leadership Team

Rhea’s leadership team recently completed the first stage of our journey with EOS Worldwide, using their Entrepreneurial Operating System® to clarify our vision, problem solve, and keep our business growing and thriving!

EOS is a set of tools and concepts designed to help small business leaders keep their staff organized and accountable, keep their employees happy and successful, and make sure that everyone on the team is on the same page.

With that in mind, now is the perfect opportunity to introduce our leadership team, the folks who are steering Rhea through this process and making sure that our already strong team grows even stronger.

The Leadership Team consists of President and Founder Marcy Johnson and Vice Presidents Brad McCalla, Ben Grosser, and Mark Scappe. Learn more about each of these leaders below.

Brad McCalla, VP

For 15 years, Brad has led environmental projects out of Rhea’s Pittsburgh office. In addition to his work as VP, Brad serves as Rhea’s Health and Safety Manager.

Ben Grosser, VP

Ben has been with Rhea for more than a decade, supporting our geologic and environmental work. He is now the director of our North Carolina Office.

Marcy Johnson, President

Marcy is the president and co-founder of Rhea Engineers & Consultants. She is an award-winning engineer and an advocate for women in STEM.

Mark Scappe, VP

Mark has over 30 years of experience in project management and engineering, particularly in the context of airports and other civil sites.
