With hard work and passion for our professions, we are a team dedicated to developing a formula that balances team growth with our customer needs and our firm’s financial health.
Our Team Vision
We focus on creating company-wide, holistic systems aimed at producing quality performance by each and every member of the Rhea team.
With hard work and passion for our professions, we are a team dedicated to providing superior services to our clients. We believe a challenged staff is a happy staff, and a happy staff makes for satisfied clients, all of which combine to provide for our firm’s financial health and its bright future.
We invest in each employee’s intellectual growth by not only providing on-the-job training, but by encouraging continuing education through tuition reimbursement for school, conferences, and workshops.
Our Team + Community
We strive for intellectual growth as well as growth in our interpersonal relationships and our community at large.
We feel a large part of personal growth occurs through relating to and learning from others, and what better way to do that than by giving time to our communities? Rhea encourages employees to actively volunteer in their own communities and organizes staff opportunities to give back. From bagging oyster shells to restore natural habitats in Wilmington, NC to planting flowers along a busy stretch of highway in Pittsburgh, PA, our team is enthusiastic about bettering our communities.
We’re prone to impromptu office potlucks (anyone ever fry a turkey to celebrate Canadian Thanksgiving?), celebrate birthdays with ice cream cake, and hang out during non-working hours — volunteering to clean-up overgrown parks, participating in charity 5k run/walk events, and cheering on our favorite sports teams.
Our team is also not afraid of a little heathy competition. Our annual wellness program rewards all participants for tracking their daily activity and measuring progress. We encourage each other to join local wellness events and celebrate each others’ milestones in their pursuit of healthy goals.
Additionally, we support individual and community growth by sponsoring a Rhea scholarship for college-aged children of our employees. At Rhea, we value education and promote that mission by helping our employees put their own children through school.

Our Rhea Ecosystem
Learn more about us — from our quirks and hobbies to dream vacations and coffee consumption:
Most of us prefer savory to sweet in the morning— opting for bagels over doughnuts, and prefer to escape in a fiction novel over a non-fiction work.
We are 90% dog people, but we embrace our 10% cat people.
We developed new hobbies like banjo playing and baking, gotten back into reading and crafting, and spent many hours mastering video games during the 2020 quarantine days.
The majority of us would prefer a vacation of sandy beaches to city explorations.
If we could travel anywhere in the world several of us would opt for the natural wonders of New Zealand and Alaska, some would island hop in the South Pacific, Hawaii, Indonesia, and Japan, others would explore Europe, one would dive into ancient history in Egypt and one would stick close to home in Florida.
Our claustrophobia outweighs our fear of heights— most of us would rather be stuck on a ski lift than in an elevator.
We are full of adventure with half wanting to summit Mount Everest and the remainder wishing they were a part of the first mission to Mars.
If we could eat dinner with anyone, most of us opt for the sentimental and choose relatives that are no longer with us, many of us are looking for some deep dinner talk and would choose U.S. leaders and history-makers like George Washington, the Obamas, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, some would choose scientific leaders like Marie Curie, Neil deGrasse-Tyson, and Karl von Terzaghi "the father of soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering,” and others dream of a star-studded evening with the likes of Tina Fey, Jerry Seinfeld, and Russell Crowe.
Give up your cell phone or all streaming services like Netflix? Netflix gets the boot!
We drink a combined 43 cups of coffee per day, and we have broken a total of 40 bones.
Eat pizza every day of your life or never again? Over half of our team would choose the pizza-fueled life.
Please give us the bad news over the good news first!
We represent a healthy mix of cultural appreciation and sports fanatics— half of our team would visit a museum and the other half a sporting a event when given the opportunity. But most of us would prefer to be recognized as a New York Times Best-Selling author rather than an Olympic gold medalist.
We are an inquisitive bunch with most of us preferring the ability to read minds over seeing the future, and we want to savor life’s sweet moments, with most of us preferring a “pause” life button over a “rewind” life button.
It seems we should plan a karaoke outing, as 75% of us would prefer to sing karaoke over participating in a dance-off. But with 2/3 of our team considering themselves to be introverted, we will rely on the extroverts for the entertainment.
“You cannot hope to build a better world without improving the individuals. To that end, each of us must work for his own improvement and, at the same time, share a general responsibility for all humanity, our particular duty being to aid those to whom we think we can be most useful.”
— Marie Curie
