Celebrating Employee Wellness with a Moon Park Picnic
Another successful year of employee wellness is in the books!
Every year, from March to March, Rhea organizes a friendly wellness competition for our staff. Throughout they year, they track their active minutes. Some of our staff are avid fitness buffs and others are true beginners, and that’s okay! Our competition is designed to meet people where they are and encourage our team to prioritize fun and self-care.
The competitors choose whether to compete in the beginner, intermediate, or elite groups, so everyone stands a real chance of winning. All participants (and their adorable kids and grandkids) are invited to our annual picnic, with food and games and the chance to win prizes.
For this year’s celebration, we had gorgeous weather and enjoyed a friendly cornhole tournament at our local Moon Park.
